Our Cancellation Policy
Hotel Buhara Family Inn offers flexible cancellation options to give you peace of mind when booking your stay.
Standard Cancellation Terms
No charges if you cancel 7+ days in advance. Full refund to your original payment method.
50% of total booking cost will be retained. 50% refund processed within 5 business days.
Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in date are non-refundable.
Special Conditions
No-Show Policy
- If you don't arrive on your check-in date without prior notice, your entire booking fee will be charged
- Contact us immediately if you will be arriving late
- We will hold your room until 6:00 PM unless otherwise arranged
Group Bookings (5+ rooms)
- Group bookings have different cancellation terms
- A non-refundable deposit may be required
- Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance
- Contact us directly for group-specific policies
Holiday & Peak Season Bookings
- Bookings during Turkish holidays or peak season may have stricter cancellation policies
- Special terms will be specified in your booking confirmation
- These bookings are typically non-refundable
Making Changes to Your Booking
Modify Dates
To change your check-in or check-out dates:
- Contact us at least 5 days before your original check-in
- We will check room availability for your new dates
- Price difference (if any) can be paid with a credit card or bank transfer
- Confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp
Change Room Type
To upgrade or change your room:
- Request must be made at least 3 days before check-in
- Subject to availability and applicable price difference
- Approval via email confirmation
Modify Guest Count
To add or remove guests from your booking:
- Contact hotel immediately (minimum 3 days before check-in)
- Room occupancy cannot exceed maximum capacity
- Price adjustments will be communicated

Special Circumstances
In case of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, medical emergencies), please contact us immediately. We will work with you on case-by-case basis to find reasonable solutions.
Force Majeure
The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, wars, terrorism, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we offer:
- Rebooking for alternative dates (no change fee)
- Partial refund if rebooking not possible
- Indefinite hold of booking credit
